We do reply to posts Bobby, but were not going to reveal any new products to you before they are officially announced.bobbybland wrote:Do these guys ever respond to their customers ?Seriously I see they respond alot more in the hardware forums, wonder why they are not here answering these questions?

One things for sure,Korg does not seem to be involved much with any sort of interaction with it's customers in this forum as far as future requests or feedback etc for their vsti line and software, just read these posts..
Their attitude seems kind of stale...imo
I'd like to see Korg have a dedicated user forum for it's vsti products and interact appropriate with it's own customers.Sort of like here, this would and could potentially be a good spot..
And at least show some respect to your customers by announcing some new product updates or what's next in line for the vsti guys...
Ton's of hardware has been put out vs.. the software,I think it's safe to say many choose software over hardware,so KORG ?
And the whole "not until officially announced thing" mentioned by uksupport.. That's fair, but at least let us know your working on upcoming software for your users who are using your vstis??? Hardware guys actually know they will get hardware like clockwork right? Your software users do not! Bingo
Get it right!

Hmm... I'm sorry but we have just released JamVox.. a great guitar product that has been developed from scratch.... Ok it's not a VST but it has been developed by the team who produced Legacy.. So for now that is the direction the developers have gone who have the brains to write the software. There are no confirmed plans to release another VST at this time and as stated in my other correspondence, we are not obliged to anounce any future plans for any product until it's release on this forum or on any forum... Not that we don't respect you guys, it's just we like to keep development tight to our chests incase there are issues and we have to pull the plug which has happened before.bobbybland wrote:And the whole "not until officially announced thing" mentioned by uksupport.. Please give us the respect of not asking to reveal future plans as some people actually like the surprise element........
