Hi all,
All I want from Santa is early retirement, then perhaps I could get to grips with all the keyboards I've got !!!!!!

I will add an interesting point to this discussion. The Sweetwater, our mega pro audio merchandiser, offered last year in their catalog (which is actually 500 pages free gear encyclopedia that nobody can beat in entire universe, well nobody can beat the Sweetwater service either) that they would buy back Mackie's HR 824s. These studio monitors have been manufactured for what? 20 years? Unfortunately, the Mackie discontinued them and replaced them with HR 824mk2's. Can you imagine, that the Sweetwater had enough people interested in buying this 20 years old technology to justify their advertisement? I have never seen in all my life that somebody would want to buy 20 years old electronics, except for an artifact in museum. Well, I might not have seen it but I understand those people very well since I own Mackie HR 824s.

Music is the electrical soil
