Loops and Samples

Hey,
I just realized that I can take Loops and Samples and put them directly into my Oasys. Which is awesome cause I'm looking for vocals/drums I can grab and stick in my O. And these are completely royalty free.
I was just wondering,
What site do you guys use for Loops? Are there any packages that are like totally amazing? Like, foreign voices that are really pretty/different/cool but not too weird.
