can you help me with this. i bought a cd-rom disk for the trinity with drum sample et pattern. and the cd-rom i got to plug in my trinity is not compatible. if i send the iso to somebody can transfer in zip file and i will be able to put on floppy disk after that.
excuse my english because i'm french :wink:

Alesis S4 + with 8 meg flash ram and hip hop card
Yamaha DX7'S, TG-77, TG-33,TG500(with 2 memory card)

and my dream is to have Roland Jupiter 8 and of course the korg Karma

Can you open the cdrom from your PC ?

Are there AKAI samples ?

i bought on the web last year
and i try with my emu E64 and nothing too
i can't live without music

Thus there are maybe in the "Trinity Hard-disk" format, in fact FAT.

You can try to open it with LINUX. If not, I could try to help you (and I speak French ;)).

When the trinity drum loops collection was launched, it was possible since the loops were created in a trinity formated scsi hard disk, then the cd-rom is a scsi copy (sector by sector) of the hard disk.

Let's see: Not all of the cd-rom players can read this format, since is not a CD-ROM, it's an image of a hard disk burned onto a CD.

The new units can read it, and a mac can also read it. Old cd players can't read those format.

Try another scsi cd player, or acces the disk on mac, make floppies (so much work) of the samples.

on linux i saw all the files now and i will transfer on floppie disk and transfer on my hhd connected to my trinity
