hi guys

i just wanted to know what software i can use to convert mp3 and wav to midi and, something that i can just download from net for free coz i just wanna experiment, kill some time.

MP3 to MIDI is a bit like trying to get vocals from a song to display the lyrics.

Close to impossible. If you find something that does it I would be very interested (mostly in the technology behind it)

Yes very simple...if it was like that today everybody would be sounding like
Madonna and creating their own styles...life its not that easy.
