Pa2x event edit

Post by maxpesh »

Hi All, wonder if anyone can guide me through this one ?

Ok here goes, style record, record new drum track with quite a few claps in there, now the claps are on D#2,, is there anyway on the pa2x that I can alter ALL the D#2 velocities to go from their original value to say 85 or do I have to plod through every single one and alter them 1 by 1 ?

Hope someone can tell me how to do this.

Anyway hope you all have a very merry xmas and a great new year :)

Hello Maxpesh..

in style record press menu then "style edit". there you can see "Velocity" named lower off the screen, click on it and there you go, choose botton and top note: D# and make the wished Valuve of the all claps,

Hi there thanks for trying to help but that just reduces all the notes on the D#2 by a given percentage I wanted to find a shortcut to making all the notes the exact same velocity

Try it in 2 steps...
I think you will find that if you add 127 to that D#2 note, they will all end up as 127, then you can set the value to your choice (e.g. reduce by 27 will set all to 100)

Hope that works...

Cheers
