Chose that sound in style not sound mode, make your settings and save it as performance.

In Style mode, I think that if you choose a Sound in the "top slot", that is Upper 1, then the effects saved in Sound mode will come across. Is that correct? I'm not in front of my Pa800 right now.

In style mode, you select for upper 1 your user sound (with the edited effects)
asad if you'll check the effects, [MENU] and then [effects], you will see that the same effects are in C/D FX group.

press [EXIT] to go back in style play mode.

BUT !!!!! you still have to go to [MENU] and then select [Mixer Tunings] go to the Tab FX send, and aply for UPPER1 the same settings (they are NOT copied) for the send levels for FX C and FX D.

Almost forgot, then save it as a performace. Go to the upper right in the touch screen and press the triangle, a drop down menu will appear, choose [write performance]

Hope this helps...

Go to Global>GeneralControls>Lock>FX&VoiceP. then Upper1FX uncheck,
unlock it, the key has to be open. Save the Global.
Go to Upper1 in Style Play, sellect the Sound you want and everything will be there.

asad,
No one seems to be answering your question directly. I only have a pa1x but i'm sure the procedure is similar so this is what i'd do.
Go to sound mode choose your sound. Press menu, Effects, for FX2 choose an effect such as Chorus/Exciter etc. Increase the Send 2 value from 0 to the desired amount. When you are happy with the sound choose Exit, dropdown menu and write the modified sound to a user location.
Once you have added a second effect like this you can go back to the main page of the sound menu and adjust the Send and Wet/Dry values of FX2.
A simple way to brighten a sound is to increase the "cutoff" value on the main page of the sound mode and write it to a user location as described above.
Hope this helps,
John

Did you understand Nedim's earlier post....
Go to Global>GeneralControls>Lock>FX&VoiceP. then Upper1FX uncheck, unlock it, the key has to be open. Save the Global.
If the Upper1 FX here is "unlocked", then it will happen as I said earlier - selecting a sound in Upper 1 will bring across the effects that are saved with the sound in Sound mode.

Is there something still unclear?
