I have random question for you guys. It seems you all know how to create great styles using sounds from the keyboard.
I'm wondering if any of you know how to get a bass sound to give that vroom! sound (as in a riff) while playing live. I've tried to use the pitch bend for this which has not worked...I know some of the factory sounds are recorded with an after-effect of a bass slide but I was wondering how to do it live?!

Sorry for delayed reply
I think I know what you mean, however, can you recommend an actual recording where I can hear exactly what you are trying to achieve?
Cheers
Pete

Mr musical kangaroo
Hey there my knowledge-able friend.Really- Thanks for replying. I was actually thinking about where a reference song that would be an example..I still could'nt think of one. But a definite example on the keyboard would be say, the Slow hip-hop style (which is either in the 8/16 beats or funk section). In the fill-ins and break fill-in you'll hear this bass riff. Wonder what you think....Thanks
