Hi Nedim,

I think the styles are of extremely high standard and I especially like the modern Reggae styles. I hope you might also have a go at some modern Jazz styles also.

I found the "Rockballad" style a little repetitive because the strumming is too full to permit soloing over the top, and it was also too regimented in my opinion. I think an arpeggiated guitar would be better.

Best regards,
Rob

Hi Nidem,

Very nice, my favorites I would say the new Reggae and gypsy strums styles.

Best regards,

Amiri

Thanks for your compliments guys,
Rob yes, you are right, that style is also kinda OVERarranger with too many
things going on, at the time i develloped i was going more towards a SONGSTYLE
but then i changed my mind...i'll do some work on it probably.
Its not really my first attempt i wont call it an attempt but the first time i started
something like this since i was mostly developing Mediteranian and Oriental
styles. I am just trying to MOVE away from what we hear on every arranger,
its all the same on any brand and i am sick of it, i want something newer,
modern, stronger, harder like nice TRANCE styles, modern ROCK, Heavy Metal
and all kinds of things that are not in the synths, this is just the begining.
And yes, i would give it a go on Jazz, Blues, Polka, Fox styles too...
I will also to do some GUITAR STRUMS styles as Unplugged, something new
all using the Guitar Mode...like listening to real Guitars, something similar
as the MetalBallad styles Guitars...
But my favorite of all this is METAL BALLAD, its real heavy and it kinda
resembles NOTHING ELSE MATTER, i didnt wanna DISTORT it too much.

Thanks

Hi Nedim,

Yes I like your Metal Ballad style a lot, it is fresh and original as are all your styles - especially the new reggae ones. You have achieved your goals very well and I think you have the potential to be the world's best style developer for arrangers. It would be nice also to hear demos of the styles with a solo part playing over the top. I wish you success with the project and I look forward to buying your styles when they are available ... assuming my Pa2x hardware reliability problems are resolved soon!

Best regards,
Rob

I've realized something in here and thats...not THAT GENRE or THIS GENRE
is more wanted, if you see some mentioned BALLADS and some REGGAE and
the other ones didnt...then the other ones are mentioning SHUFFLE and ROCK...
i was always wondering whats mostly wanted...EVERYTHING IS WANTED.

Nedim,
Very nicely done!

I really like them all...but my fave's are the Oldies 1 and 2.
And the shuffles and reggae's too. I guess that tells ya a lttle about my preferencs in music.

And even for me the rock stuff I like...especially the metalballad.

Thanks for sharing with us,
Lee

Yes we all play a wide variety of song styles. We have to play just about anything that becomes popular. The biggest demand for your styles would come in areas where particular music is very popular but the factory styles are inadequate. You are going the right way and I think you will do very good business. By basing your styles on factory sounds, anyone can use them and there will be no portability issues.

There's nothing suitable for Modern Jazz. Imagine wanting to play a slightly upbeat version of "Blue Moon" or "Satin Doll". There is nothing in the factory style library that is suitable.

Also there are no suitable modern styles for 3/4 music or 6/8 or 9/8 or 12/8 music. Imagine playing Elton John's "I guess that's why they call it the blues". A generic 12/8 style is needed, again nothing in the factory library.

Also a nice generic guitar backing for something like Chris de Burgh's "Lady in Red" is needed.

I think that the Basari style library should remain focussed on generic styles suitable for many songs. I would not want to buy styles suitable for only one specific song. I would buy a MIDI file instead if I wanted that.

Rob
