help with sampling

hi can someone give me the best way to sample guitar into a song? i have tried to do it without any good results. i just need to know if im doing something wrong or if it really is that hard to do that. thankyou in advance. i just need a list of simple steps. i pretty much know my way around a korg.

There's a tutorial that you can apply to the Studio's setup.
