Hello,
New to group. I have a classic Korg T1/ Am using Mac 10.5 Leopard, Digidesign 003 Factory front end, Pro Tools LE 7.4
Looking for a good editor/librarian for the T 1 that is compatible with my setup. Does anyone have experience with MOTU Unisyn or Soundquest?
Thanks

Hi ratio
Beware MidiQuest, because it's only a bunch of bugs named universal librarian.
And worst, SoundQuest isn't supportive at all. Every bug encountered is due to operating system faults, not the software itself. I sent countless email listing its problems but I always received unheplful replies.
In my opinion MidiQuest is really stolen money: I bought it in 2005 when it was release 9 running MacOS9.2. Thus I ugraded to release 9XL and lately version 10XL: the crap remains.
MotU Unisyn is another planet. But unfortunately it's not updated since 2004.
On the other hand you don't need up to date editors because Korg T1 is quite old.
Alternatively you can use, under MacOS9.2, Opcode Galaxy plus Editors on another Mac.
