problem: attack knob goes till 16

my attack knob from the radias stops at about 16 and not at zeo.
more people with this strange thing, should it be in repair?

Sounds like a trip to the shop is in order. I assume that you can still use the editing screen to set attacks lower than 16?

yes in the editing screen it can be set to zero. (with the scroll knob)

I'm having the same problem with de R3. Though I move the knob to the bottom the parameter stop at 5 and moves beetwen 4 5 6.

Sometimes the parameter jumps to where the knob is even if I didn't move the knob.

This is happening with the fourth kbob, but once or twice happened with the other knobs too.

I'm claiming the product for the warranty but still have no answer.
