Did you really speak to our "sales manager"? I rather doubt that. We have plenty in stock. I know that you were asking our Product Support dept. to "rush" your order beyond our offered shipping methods, but that's as far as I know.

Again - we have plenty of stock so that is not the problem. This week we are doing a physical inventory and are not shipping goods for a few days - that is unavoidable, but we will be back in business before the week's end. And I see no reason why the package can't reach you in plenty of time before you leave.

Whew!Thank you Jerry....
I'm gonna place my order for one on Friday and I get scared reading this thread...What do you recommend being the best way to place an order?Over the phone or just place an order through the website?

Also,Jerry.I'm going off topic here but I just want to thank you and Korg for sending me the Xpanded kit for my M3 so fast..I got it only a few days after I sent the email to korg.Excellent customer service which is very rare these days.....

Hello Jerry,
Thank you very much for your response.
Well, I thought it was your Sales Manager. Thats what Customer Service told me. His name is Rick and he's out of Arizona. Do you want his phone number? :D  He's the one that told me you were out and can't get any. So I have no idea why he would say that if it wasn't true. :?
But this still doesn't really solve my problem. As on Korgusa.com says "Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping" . and I will probably be in the US that long but I will not be in the same current address and I don't know the address of where I'm going.

So theres no chance of doing a 'rush' order? I am willing to pay extra or something.

Thank you again as I really need to figure this out, I really appreciate anything you can do.

Totally second that. You guys actually overnighted it to me so I had it the next day! awesomeness! :D

Hello Jerry,
I contacted Elous at Customer Service today. She said that all the expansions have already been allocated to other people. She said that you are the only one who can release one to me.
I do not have a clue what is involved in this.
But Like I said I greatly appreciate anything you are able to do! :)

You're going about this all wrong. Now I see what's happening.

Go to korgusa.com and simply order it. We protect our shipping expectations by offering "safe" delivery expectations, but it won't take that long. You don't buy it by calling into our dealer lines, or talking to our District Sales Manager (that's where we got confused, he is the sales representative for a specific group of states). Order it from the store and all will be good.

Trust me. You can specify a faster shipping method and pay for it when you check out. 2nd day, even overnight. But the webstore is the way to get it. Promise.

Okay, Jerry thank you for all this. The thing is I did do exactly that and sign up at korgusa.com and do all that. What got me going on this whole thing is that I saw it say "Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping" so I was like "heck I don't know if I'll be here that long!" So I started calling trying to find out if I can get it here faster, not knowing that I had those options for quicker shipping and thats when people told me their out of stock! :? So I was like
But thank you for helping me figure all this out!!!! :D :)
Its sooo awesome that a Product Manager actually comes on here and helps a nobody like meh! :P :D

I'll order it soon.

thanks again dude!

Jerry,

Just FYI, the KorgUSA.com webstore currently shows "This item is currently out of stock. Please check back at a later date to place an order".

Sigh... it's always something. We were just finishing a large annual inventory, we will re-stock the websotre today and get things back - they are here, I promise you.

Sorry for the confusion/complexity.
