Question: R3 Patch comments

I notice that on the R3 librarian/editor there's a way to view comments for each patch. However, as much as I've tried, I have yet to find a way to a) edit a patch to add/edit my own comments or b)view detail of comments that are cut off in the librarian.

Can someone please let me know how to access the comments?

Select a Program in the list and then click the INFO button (it's between AUTODUMP and VIEW). You can edit the comment, programmer name etc.

Here is how it appears on the Mac, I assume it's the same on the PC. See the INFO button there, and I've shown the dialog that pops up that is what you're so keen to see
