How can I delete unwanted User styles?

Post by chandan »

Hi,

I had made some user styles using .WAV loops which i no longer need in my set, How can I delete them, woul I be able to delete samples used by these styles as well so I can have a bit of more free space for new user styles samples?

Thanks in advance

Hi Chandan,

If you delete the sounds that you assigned the multisanmples into, then all the multisamples and samples should automatically be deleted as well. After that you can also go into sample record mode and use the drop down option "Delete" and select "All unassigned samples and multisamples".

Best regards,

Go to Style Edit - Delete and select "all".

Hi,

It deletes the data of the style but as I have to Write Styles after doing this, the name would still be there in the user style, how can I get rid of the name list in the user style and get it like "empty"?

Thanks

Hi Chandan,

Sorry my previous answer was not the right one for what you want to do.

Go to the Media -> Erase tab, select the SSD-S device, OPEN the All folder by highlighting it and touching the OPEN icon, OPEN the STYLE sub folder, OPEN the USERxx.STY folder or the FAVORITExx.STY folder wherever your Style is stored, touch the Style you want to Erase, then touch the Erase icon.

You can also select multiple files if there are several to Erase in one go, or you can select the whole folder and erase all styles in the folder.

Best regards,
Rob
