new extreme user (help plz)

hi
i've got my triton extereme for few days and i have question
when i turn on my keyboard the tempo lights is flashing all the time
i want to know is that normal if yes how can i turn it off?

Yes, it's normal.
You'll get used to it, or try a piece of tape.

Or if the flashing light annoys you more and more as time passes, sell it to one of us :)

I remember getting the TR and being annoyed by the flashing light but ya get used to it real quick.

Think of the flashing tempo LED is like a pulse, when the OS is dead (due to some serious error) TEX is breaking the main loop and everything just freezes including this LED :)

Btw. a hot subject which is the OS update is something the first time occured to me as TEX user (what a feeling :)). It is pretty cool there is still support for this machine. However I am still at 1.0.2; but I wouldn't hesitate to update if there was velocity curves improvement in 1.0.7 ;) (acutally the only annoying thing in this board).
