Memory Wiped Out, Radias

I was using my Radias the other day and without warning (or doing anything but browsing and trying out sounds) all the presets (and my saved settings) dissappeared. Ive looked in the forum but no one seems to offer any definative answers. How do I reload the factory settings? Ive tried the method from using the Radias its self, but I think Im going to need to do this from the computer. Im on a MacBook Intel with Tiger 10.4.11

If anyone has any ideas please let me know! Thank you!

do you have the radias editor loaded onto your mac - I just used the usb cable and it worked fine with my macbook. You can always get the presets off the Korg main site. Make sure that Global Protect is off (memory page). You'll also need to download the Korg driver as well.
Have you gone to page 3 from Global and reloaded all data - that will also reload the original presets.

I havnt tried anything with the computer because I dont know what to do, I havnt found any directions anywhere. I had the editor installed on my computer a long time ago, but it didnt seem to work so I uninstalled it.

I did try the global reset, but that didnt do anything.

OK, I updated the OS to v2, and it works but now every key has a drum sound on it as well as the synth patch. You can imagine how wonderful this is to me. So Im going to propose this:

If someone who is completly savy on the Radias in the L.A. area would like to come over and get it all set up for me and show me the basics on setup, sound changing in the sound editor, loading sounds from other synths, that sort of thing, I will give them Pro-Tools, Logic, &/or Reason Lessons, or record them, mix their music, or master their album. I am an audio engineer, and synths are intriguing to me, but I dont have the patience for trial and error on this sort of thing right now. Every time I try screwing with this, it takes way too long because I dont know what Im doing, and in the end I accomplish nothing and get frustrated.

I understand synthesis, so its not like Im foreign to synth, just the proprietary software and systems they have set up for them.

Well, Im still not making any headway on this, so heres what I'll do. If you live in the L.A. area, are knowledgeable about the Radias and its sound editor, and can help me get this going and explain a little on how it's supposed to work so I can finally "get it", I can do any of these things for you in return:

Record you or a friend
Mix your song(s)
Master your album
Give you lessons in Pro-Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase LE or SX3, Reason, Auto Tune, Audio Production (just about anything, I do EVERYTHING Audio!)
Give you French Lessons
Teach you how to make awsome enchiladas
Make you awsome enchiladas
solder your busted cables
Take photos or headshots of you/friends/whatever
Teach you about photography
Fix your PC/Mac
Advise you on your studio, acoustics, sound proofing, signal flow, miking, show you the guitar basics, play guitar on your song(s), etc etc.

OK, miraculousely within minutes of posting the last post, I received a phone call and was walked through the whole thing. So I'd like to thank xmlguy for his support, and I'll be posting my patches shortly!
