Wont let me change tracks in sequencer mode?

Hi, I am new to the forum. I have owned my Triton Studio 76 for about 5 years without any problems. Recently I am unable to change tracks when composing in sequencer mode. It is stuck on track 1 and wont move with the jog wheel or buttons. The buttons and jog wheel work so that is not the problem. I tried using the touchscreen to change tracks but that doesnt work either, it just jumps back to track 1. I loaded a saved song where I had left off at track 9 and it was stuck on that as well. Maybe it is something simple that I am missing? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Have you a non-KORG damer pedal connected to your Triton. If so, that's likely to be the cause of this problem. The solution, to set the polarity of the damper back to the original setting and go buy a KORG damper pedal.

If you have no damper pedal at all, you still need to check the polarity of the Damper in Global mode. It needs to be on set on KORG regardless.

UNPLUG ALL Foot controllers, particularly non - Korg foot switches or Dampers! Works immediately!
