Help! Mac not detecting padkontrol

I have a macbook 13 OSX 10.5.7 (intel based), I installed the latest Korg Padkontrol drivers, and turned the padkontrol on... the computer does not detect it (it's gray in Utilities>Audio/midi setup).... Restarted the machine, same thing... uninstaled the drivers, re-installed it... same thing.

When I click on About this mac and goto more info > USB, I can see padkontrol there, so I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the USB cable, or the USB port....What should I do now?


P.S. it works fine in windows!

I have exactly the same situation as this, but with my new nanoKEY, and I do not know how to uninstall the drivers so I haven't tried that. Mine also works fine in Windows.

I sent email to support@korgusa.com 6/29/09 asking for help and still not reply.

Can anyone help?
