THIS TIME I,M REALY PISSED!

Hello.

First of al i would like to say THANK YOU AL, specialy thank you SHARP!
Couse thanx to you i found this site, And i learned many things, GOD THINGS AND BAD EXPERIENCES, like i will explain here.

I heave been in this branch almoust al my life!

What heapened today is something that i will never forget,

Rob called me on phone and, explained how to test the PA2X, and after few test we runned, we ware 100% Sure about the USB port damage.
I,m 10000% sure thet this problem is a FABRIQ fault.
Couse if you see my posts , they are like 1 year old, And ironic, couse i realy messed up here and there about the same problem.Sory for that dear Sharp and members.
I did not mean any harm.

But first time i recognised this problems, i went to my dealer, they went to there dealer, and in the end they tolud me that the KB is fine, It,s a Software problem that KORG tries to solve on next OS update!
WAIT they said.
So i was waiting, on the same time as i was playing on front of 600 people evry week whit hang ups and even more.
So after Update, the problems was still there, I called again to my dealer, And they called to ENGLUND MUSIC (AGAIN) They said again that the OS is not stabile, WAIT to 2.0, Hmmmmm, Wait and wait, REMEMBER GUYS, Wait?We al waited remember?What heapened?
DNC come out, and we al like WOOOOOW!

After i installed OS2.1, i tested to load my set again, And same problems ware there.
So i CALLED AGAIN, And nothing heapened.
I called to friends, asked, I wroted here and asked!
I was sad, I wondered, if any of you guys had same problems sympthoms.

I even toke the 1300 km,s to show KORG Sweden my KB,s faulty.I buyed my gas, only to get help from KORG!

Many ppl tried to help, Nothing again, We could not find the problem.
After so long waiting and waiting, Nothing changed, KORG did not even replayed my mails, and calls.

I heave the names and numbers, mail adresses and more, that i tried to contact about this from KORG.

So i realy wonder, Is there any one that can tell me if KORG realy exsists?
Couse i read many posts here, some of us mailed them, Did you guys get anything back?

I did not.

what service do we get?
Many of us heave already problems whit many things like pa 800 RAM fault, Pich bend fault, Screen fault, OS fault, Keys fault, PA2X leed ,s not working fault, And so.
It,s not fear KORG.

After ROB solved my problems, And after the tests we maded, i called to KORG In Scandinavia. ENGLUND MUSIC, and explained what we did, Step by step, And here is the best part, They tould me, that they dont care about that, Send us the KB and we will return it to you after we check it here .I did that 2 times before

And they did not find the problem.
I mean here we heave a person that cares , and calls me , he helps me to found the fault cousing my problem whis the USB slots, and he even gives me the PART number of the moder board that involves the USB damage, And i ,m explaining, and i offer them that me and ROB can help to install the new part, Like New USB slot and so, And they say NOP, we must heave the KB here and check if any thing is wrong whit your KB!
So this is realy stuped, couse, This is an easy instal operation that i can handle by my self, like changing the RAM, I know i can fix it, Especialy whit ROB on the phone and explaining how to fix!!!

So i sended my PA2X to day for repair, And they even don,t know if the repair will cost me, Couse they say my Waranty is out, But remember the time that i called them and they tould me to wait for nex level of OS?It,s 8 month ago!

So what is rigth and wrong here?

Where did my waranty toke away?

If some one from KORG reed,s this post can they tell me, Couse i ,m so mad, and disipointed at the moment , i can use al my savings to get my rigths for telling the company that I WIL NOT GIVE UP THIS FIGTH!

LAWYER IS WAITING FOR THE RESULT OF THE REPLAY from KORG Sweden!

I,m happy if they fix it and return the KB, to me , Even better if they give me a NEW one, BUT nooooo, they wont for sure.

The only thing that makes me to think possitive is ROB,s help and that he cares, We shuld be very happy to heave this forum , and people like him.
Again ,Thank you Sharp.

I know that this forum is for making music, But how can i make music on a unit thats not working?
So, sory friends for my post,s about this, And please forgive me for my ENGLISH, I,m just triying to explain what heapened to me, and i hope you guys undarstand me well, If this heapens me to day, it can be your problems next day,

Dear Asena,
If you get less wordy and more to the point, you'll have a greater chance of getting successful results ,especially if you're not a native English speaker. (Neither am I). Chances are very slim that Jerry will ever have time to read all that.

3) The final diagnosis of the problem: Both front and rear USBs are damaged apperently. Thanks to Rob who went out of his way to help you out with this, on volunteer basis.
4) Korg hasn't been responsive to your problem so far. you're very mad and if things go wrong (since your warranty is out), you'll fight till the last penny of your savings by hiring a laywer.

The rest about the gas money, and else was repeated 20 times already. They tend to distract the reader from the main subject. If you disagree with this, it's %100 ok with me!

That was the summary of the book you wrote. Those were things that you tried to say. I summarized it for you in a small paragraph. You took it the wrong way. What i meant was that you overwrite everything.

Hi Timur,

Good luck with ENGLUND MUSIC in Scandinavia. It seems unfortunately that you will need it!! What they said to you is rubbish. None of the tests we did were intrusive, and the tests were conclusive about the failure of your USB ports, and I summarized the results in this thread which is available for them to read if they could be bothered to do so.

I take exception to the things ENGLUND MUSIC said to you after the help I have given. Based on their track record of mis-diagnosis and fobbing you off, they seem to be a somewhat incompetent, arrogant and unhelpful bunch of people.

Maybe they are not aware that someone who was an audio systems and software design engineer for 25 years has been helping you? Maybe they think their technicians are more competent than a Chartered Electrical and Electronics Engineer from the UK?

I invite and welcome direct feedback from ENGLUND MUSIC on this thread, and let us know how your own diagnostic testing is going? Do you know how to run the inbuilt diagnostic tests, specifically on the USB front and rear ports? If not then I respectfully suggest that you contact Korg Italy for the necessary information before you tell Timur again that the test results I provided are incorrect.

Hi there, This time i heave also a BUNCH of people behind me, you guys!!!

We will not give up this!I wont anyway!

Also my dealer is telling me he stopped the close contackt whit them!
Yes, strange!

Couse in one year he buyed for 2 million Swedish Crown before, And now he is down to 150:000:- Krowns!

So who is missing here, KORG them selfs.Not Anyone else.
From this moment I will ask for minimum 2 Year of waranty, and 1 Year support.
If KORG realy read,s this forum, AND THEY DO, Give a feedback to this great people that started it, And give them aplauses, Couse they are making that you dont, and that you shud take care of!
And you know what more my Local dealer says, YAMAHA is hes best seller, Couse of the KORG injuries and misses!

I let you al know whats next!
I think somethings going on here that ENGLUND MUSIC knows about, I,m sure!

Hello , UPDATE about my problems from KORG!

My local dealer loaned me a PA800, And i hope i can make it whit he PA800 untill Sunday!

After that i don,t even know whats next!
My PA2X is still under reparation.So who knows what i will get back?

This is so BAD!No more KORG for me for a looong time.

Anyway it,s kind of a MUSIC STORE, helps me out of this, when KORG is just hidind!

Timur! I have to agree with people who tried to help you. I've never seen anyone who spams his own thread! If this is how you write letter or e-mails to professionals, i'd be very surprised to find out if they get back to you. Honestly, if it wasn't for Martin's summary , there was no way i could remember what you just said at the end. Too much emotions, too much yara yara, and so little about the main problem. Worth is right, "keep the emotions out". Writing a few relevent lines could help you more.
