Hi George and mrkorg. Thanks for looking in on my new Site and the great comments.

I have been asked if I could do a new version of a Tutorial for XRM with spoken instructions. I have done so and here it is on a new page of my Website called XRM Tutorial. All the Instruction's are also on the page in a readable format. It's taken me some time to put this together so I hope that it's a big help to those interested.

:)

That's very kind of you Rob. A lot of the Help is based on your expertise and all the other Guys & Gals here that offer guidance whenever possible. I'm the new kid on the block here and when I first joined I was so pleased to receive help and pointers from several of you. I'm just happy to give something back to this Community...Korg Rules!

PC Songbook Edit Tutorial

Post by mrniceneasy »

Regards to everyone. I've just updated my Korg Site with a new Tutorial based on using the the Korgpa SongBook Edit program on the PC.

Points to mention, creating a new Songbook Set from scratch, my way, opening 2 or more existing Songbook Set's and copying or merging files to the new Songbook Database without altering the existing Data in those Sets, Custom pages etc.

I apologise if their are the odd innacuracies with my narration but I think it will be of help to Korg pa users using the pc software. :)

Hello Keith,

i notice (or am i wrong?) a CALMING - DOWN English Korg-Forum,
since you've published your new KORG-DEDICATED WEBSITE... (17.05.09) !

With the your Videos and the A-Z Knowledge-BASE it seems everybody has got an
"apriori"-Answer for his question...
so why questioning it in the forum when the
answer / solution is already published on your new SITE !!!
(And answering -> "look on KEITH's SITE's A-Z Helpfiles..." gets boring with the time...!) :D

I have found many interesting aspects. After 2 years with my PA800
I think nobody is able to review/survey/oversee all ASPECTS of this OPERATING SYSTEM !
My PA800 keeps me busy since 2007, though i have done my about 700 Arrangements for my very few gigs
"READY TO GO" already on my songbook !

Best wishes from TBLECK
(Ok - i've heard that my English isnt sooo bad!)

Hi Thomas, thanks for the kind remarks about my New Site. I think that Forum's in general are very quiet at the moment, this being no exception. My Slte owes a lot of it's content to the pa Owners here and I think very Knowlegeable Members too. I think my A-Z page forms a Basic Help of where to start but as you say many things we don't yet understand with the OS and so I think the Question's should still be asked on this Forum which will help everyone. :)

Hello Keith,

seems my GERMLISH isnt still so good as to sense that my contribution should be seen in a humorous context ...
-> (just 2 things making congruent, on the one hand the birth of your SITE and on the other hand the SLOWING DOWN of Question Frequency in the Forum ...)

SO ! I dont want to dissuade anybody from raising a question here !

Best Wishes THOMAS

Keith,
Many thanks...kind sir...for your efforts and website.

The last two monthes I have been finishing a remodel of a lake cottage...sold my house in the country and moved to the lake...so have not been too involved in any music at all.

Soon I will have a place for my PA2 again and be back playing.

Hi Lee. It's good to hear from you again. Sounds like you've moved to an ideal place to live. Well worth the effort I'm sure. :)
