Is Marshall a KORG Company?

I have seen Marshall refered to as a KORG company a couple of times on another forum. Is this true? I know Vox is, but wanted to ask about the Marshall thing.

Not to my knowledge, but Korg UK and Marshall are only down the road from each other in central England.

Correct - Marshall is their own company, privately held and owned.

Some of the amp techs on my other forum insist KORG USA handles distribution for Marshall and Marshall repair parts. How about this? Just wanting to have my facts straight........

Korg distribute Marshall in the USA. Marshall are an independent company as Jerry points out and they are indeed in Milton Keynes a few miles from Korg UK.
