Hi Jeff. Unfortunately pa pads are very thin on the ground.

For the benifit of the Members I've created a Tutorial on my Website 'Creating pads from styles'. Hope it's useful to people :)

Thank you "mrniceneasy"! I want you to know it is exactly the same procedure in the Pa500 too. The first time I did it didn't work because I copied a guitar track and in Step 12 I had to choose "Gtr" instead of "Acc".
At last I can get more good pads.

Hi Folks,

as on the idea of another Thread from 07. JULY

i promised to do some "EXTRACTIONS" about Factory Styles with concern in GUITAR - MODE TRACKS...

my work is in progress - but in cause of the very good weather and the vast amount
of styles having guitar-Mode-Tracks i will not finish before 25.JULY . . .

i will inform you when its going published on my HP !

best wishes - TBLECK

Hello dear sweet and very kind Korgie:

You have done a lot for us here. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work and support. Your info on how to make our own PADs from our styles was very helpful. I have done it before but with a friends help while back and just couldn't remember the steps. Your info made it so easy for me to start again and specially with your step by step direction. I have purchased lots of user sets in the last 3 years and a lot of them comes with superb and very good quality sounds. Thanks again.

Best regards,

Fahim

Hi TBLECK
your Extractions are very nice.
I hope that you will do the same work with the Drum-Fill-Ins, so I can set the volume separately for the Fill-Ins.(PAD-Volume).
The Fill-Ins of the Factory-Styles have mostly a too cheap volume.
So let´s make a lot of power-styles......
Best regards from germany

Hi @ ALL,

I just finished my work concerning the ISOLATION of all the genious GTR-MODE Style Tracks. Thanks to Korg, who did an excellent job in Factory - Style-Programming !!

They are all now available in a PAD Set (counts 116 extracted PADs!)
you can hear (this time ENGLISH Explanation audible) and Download at:

http://www.tbleck.de/u2-keyboard-003.htm

My Pads have the following "specials":
* all BEAT Sync
* all LOOPED (NO one-shot-phrases!)
* increased Level of RX-Noises
* increased Level of EXPRESSION
* Humanize Factor instead of Zero in all PADs set to "2" !!!

The whole work could be done due to the documentation of the STYLE DB, available on my HP at:

http://www.tbleck.de/u2-keyboard-005.htm

Have fun with this. I myself will use this beside my LOUNGE-PADs-SET !

best wishes TBLECK
