D8 Newbie, any hints or tips?

Hi Guys,

Just bought myself a Korg D8 off ebay (bargain £48!). Is there anything I should be aware off such as O/S upgrades, disk upgrades or any general things to watch out for? I have a SCSI CD burner. Do these work with a D8 for backing up?
Korg D8, Akai DPS16, IBM P4 2.8, MOTU 828MK2, Behringer ADA8000, Tannoy Reveal monitors

I guess not however, I reckon the Yahoo D8 group is going to be more useful. Thanks anyway.
