NANOPAD GARAGEBAND HELP

hi, im am new to using the nanopad so i need some help

What i want to do is to assign a pad to an inturment loop (the blue ones), is this possible this way i can add different loops while recording by triggering a pad.

Also is it possible ti import an mp3 into garageband, split up sections for example the intro and verse and assgin these different parts to different pads allowing me to remix and re-structure the song.

If any of these are possible could someone tell me how, if any of these are possible on another software tell me which please!!!
