There isn't a CC for pitch bend, it is a separate MIDI Message class altogether (not a controller change) with a 14-bit rather than 7-bit value in order to reduce stepping.
This is nothing specific to the Radias or Korg, it is part of the MIDI Standard.
Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,
Other Mfgrs: Moog Sub37, Roland Boutique JX03, Novation MiniNova, Akai APC40, MOTU MIDI TimePiece 2, ART Pro VLA, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40.
Past Gear: Korg Karma, TR61, Poly800, EA-1, ER-1, ES-1, Kawai K1, Novation ReMote37SL, Boss GT-6B
Software: NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Arturia V Collection, Ableton Live 9. Apple OSX El Capitan on 15" MacBook Pro

wished there was some way to get 48 semitones globally in the Radias pitch bend for Haken Continuum control.....
Time Can be Mastered,
"NOW" is the Password....
Currently running, Hammond M3, Yamaha CS80 + MM6, Roland JX-3P + Mkb 1000 + Vk7 + D110, Alesis Quadrasynth plus, Haken Continuum fingerboard, Korg Radias + Lambda, Ensoniq SQ80, Waldorf Blofeld, Creamware Prodyssey + B4000, Use Audio Plugiator, Arp Axxe ....and some soft synths.

if you haven't got any MIDI filtering going on, it should record it for a MIDI track.

you don't do it in the arrange view though, you have to do it in the note editor - it is an option for the controller lanes (at the bottom of the note entry window, where you select velocity, modulation, pitch bend, aftertouch, and CCs, related to a MIDI recording.

I just looked up that Haken Continuum, looks really cool.
you should get it to work by using virtual patch, i think one virtual patch slot will give you a range of 24 or 48 semitones - haven't tried it, but you shouldn't need to use more than two.

The Radias would give me 4 voice polyphony using the same 4 patches in the timbres over 4 midi channels.....which is big with the Continuum, but the individual note bend will only allow for 24 semitones over the range ...
I would then have to reprogram all patches to respond if I change program.......maybe a global upgrade could be timely for a bigger range...

My other solution is the Blofeld.....
It would give 16 notes of poly, and the manual does say up to 48 semitones... hmmm
