how to save as midi

when in a sequencer mode of TR,after composing a tune ,how should i save it to use it as a midi file so when i take out my SD card and put it in my laptop,i should be able to store those file in my laptop and then convert it into mp3 .
* i use my TR as stand alone keyboard,i havent connected it to pc for s/w synths*
