I had to come back after reading some of the responses to this thread. Let me start this off by saying that I love Korg gear and this has not been easy or how I wanted things to go down but they screwed me over and called me a liar when I am a honest person and I don't enjoy it when a company I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars does this to me so sorry if I had an attitude but you have to realize this is after I called them up, told them my problem, they told me the name of the store that was an authorized repair shop, said this was a known problem and they would fix it for free. Well I go back to pick it up and Korg refused to pay the shop for it and said I had to. The guy said he saw all over the internet about the fuse he fixed and it was a known problem and he couldn't believe they did that and hooked me up on the price cause he was a nice guy. So I call Korg up and they play dumb saying they have never heard of that problem and no one would have told me that. I ask to speak to the supervisor and I get put on hold then to a voice mail. I left a message and guess what, no one called back. So I did 2 days later and asked to talk to the supervisor again and finally got through. At this point I explained what happened and the person said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I started to get pissed after I asked why they said they would fix it then back out and he basically said I was lying and no one would have said that. I asked how the hell I would have known where to take it if they had no record of talking to me and told me where to go. He had no answer to that one other than "I don't know but we didn't say that." Unfortunately I did not remember the original person I spoke to name cause I was naive and did not forsee this problem happening to me from a company I supported so much. Well at this point I'm pretty fired up, pissed off and wanted to let people know about the crap Korg just did to me and posted what I did here. I bet if this happened to you would be mad too. So then people on here want to bash me instead of listening to how I was screwed over. Its not about the money I promise you that just look at my gear the stuff I use is not cheap, its about the fact that I was lied to and then told I was lying and had my time wasted. After the reactions I got from some of you I chose to leave because I have no desire to waste my time with a bunch of ass kissers and flamers like Ruso and Plosive. What f*ck*ng tools you two are! Anyway thanks for nothing and keep your sympathy. And if you want to see my "all korg lineup" or if Jerry wants to see where my money has went take a look.

I hope screwing me over was a wise business decision cause like I said I am done with buying anything from Korg after this whole experience. Yea its been a long time I have done lots of stuff too. (LOL Ruso you are such a self righteous know it all) Hey, check out my new site we have a lot less drama and a lot more knowledge you are the biggest sounding douche I have ran across on any music board. Glad to hear you have done something with yourself other than try to tell others how they should think and act!
