No Monitor sound on D3200- Headphones work fine

Post by PhantomEngineer »

I am getting no signal output from either of the Monitor jacks on my new Korg D3200. I have tried it with the Monitor Mute button both in and out and with the levels all the way up. The headphones work fine. Any ideas? Is this a defective unit? I have tried hooking up both a standard speaker and a boom box with aux input- nothing from the monitor jacks; plenty from teh headphones jack. I'd Appreciate any help!

Hi Phantom

You need to have the monitor mute button up, and the master fader up. If that fails try looking at this:

Press MIXER
Select SOLO MONITOR

and the make sure the MASTER LR is highlighted.

Let me know how you get on.
