New Nanopad, having trouble with pads

Hi,

I'm having trouble with my nanopad, pads 2-6 work most of the time, pads 8-12 work occasionally, and 1 & 7 don't seem to work at all.

There also seems to be a bit of lag when i'm trying to make beats, sometimes the pads don't respond, and sometimes it seems like it's not working at all.

I've tried using it in Fruity Loops 8, in Ableton Live, and many other midi-enabled software.

I have the driver installed, and the kontrol software.

I'm running windows xp.

Is there any way, or any tutorial around that can help me make it work properly? I've heard such good reviews of it, but I understand there are some technical issues with some users.

Any help you can give is much appreciated.

Had the same problem. I called Korg and they sent me a new one free of charge - works fine now.
