When you get a new song thats like... omg WOW. and its like you can go through your day and you get bummed out and all and then you just remember...I have THAT song. And you get all jolly all of sudden. And you try to tell someone "hey I got this totally amazing song!"... "oh? cool man." " no really its good!" "nice". and your like Grrr cause they just don't get it. But you have the warm cozy feeling inside. For me its like one of the best feelings in the world.
I also love how the brain can actually repeat songs as if you were almost listening to them via your ears. I find that incredible. ....So long as it's a tune that you actually want stuck in your head.

haha yeah. and your like singing the melody all day and everyone thinks your crazy lol . well hopefully if its a song I write..its a tune I want in my head!

I have on weekends, I've gotten up at 3 thirty and just worked into the next day. It's just as bad when I'm working on lyrics, I begin hearing and seeing words that fit or don't fit everwhere I go, that's why I need a pad of paper handy. But dreaming is something that, while I rarely use anything that actually came to me in a dream, I believe that part of the songwriting and production work is done while we're asleep. They say the same about studying for school.

yesh. thats dang early.
omg thats so funny what you say about lyrics. when I'm concentrating on lyrics everything else to do with words has to rhyme. Its weird. especially when your everyday talk begins to rhyme. yeah thats also why its great to have a notepad in your cell fone. To jot down anything that comes to mind.

Yeah gotta make sure a song like that is back up .Nothing worse than getting something GOOD and having the Oasys lock up or a corrupt file. sucks.
