Help with padkontrol on/off lights

Hi

someone can help me? i have a padkontrol, i need to control 16 loops, but when i start a loop i can't see wich loops are playng....i would to have the trigger thath are playing lighted ON, and when i press to stop the same trigger the light goes OFF.
I try to swicth in native mode the padkontrol, but nothing to do.
someone know the exactly procedure?
