repairing a dead pad on the padkontrol ?

hi

one of the pads died (there is still light but it doesn't send any signal, it clearly comes from the padkontrol since nothing is displayed on the led pannel when I press this pad). is there a way to repair it ? maybe by cleaning it ? or is it dead for real ?

btw how long lasts the warranty ? I bought my pk 1 year and a half ago.
