Hello everyone. question. How do you loop and record sounds on the r3?How do you save and play those sounds into a sound bank so it can be accessed at a later date? thanks.

You don't. The R3 has no looper or sound recorder. Sounds are produced by programs on the R3, and programs can be edited, saved, and played, but the sound that results from playing those programs cannot be recorded by the R3 or looped by it. You'll need to send the audio output of the R3 to other gear to loop the audio or record the sound. Or you can send midi to/from a sequencer like Ableton Live, allowing the sequencer to play and record midi loops to trigger the programs on the R3 by sending the notes back and forth, then the audio can be captured separately from the audio outputs back to a recorder.
