3200 hard question

i have the korg d3200 and hooked to it is a fantom x8...the x8 has 4 outputs. now lets say i make a 12 track beat. to get the beat in the 3200 i would usually mute 8 tracks and record 4 in the 3200. then i would mute those 4 tracks and then unmute 4 other tracks. following this process until the entire track is in the 3200. which is needless to say very time cosumeing. so im wondering is there a way i can get multiple tracks recorded in 1 take so everythings on its own channel in the 3200.
i heard that if you have like protools u can just dump it over with midi.
