Quick question about R3 software/audio output

Hey everyone, I'm new here and just recently bought an R3.

<br><br>My question is; can you get sound out of the computer speakers when hooked up to your computer? I've just been using my headphones 'cause I can't seem to figure that one out. Thanks for your input!

You need to hook the audio outputs of the R3 to the audio inputs on the computer or audio input interface. Then you need software to monitor the audio input on the audio output for the speakers.

ahh i see, i have no audio inputs on my mac, need to get an interface...thank you for your help!

Sure thing. I recommend the M-Audio Fast Track Pro.
