.Mid song on SD card won't play

Hello all, I am trying to transfer a sequence I've done on my computer (in Sonar 4) to my Korg TR via the SD card.

When i play the sequence in Sonar with the TR connected via midi, everything plays back as it should, in SEQ mode and in COMBI mode (i set a combi with the settings I want and I just copy them into SEQ mode). However, when i save the midi file (saving as STANDARD MIDI FILE TYPE 1) and pull it up in my Korg from the SD card, it only plays back a certain part of the sequence or often, nothing at all! What am I doing wrong here?

Baffled! Works like a charm.

The truth is I tend to use software sequencers rather then the TR's .
