I am facing problem whiling I m trying to play rythem manually by selecting drumkit in seq mode in track 1, i m not able to play lowest C note from the keyboard. Pls help me how i can play this note. In other mode i.e. prog or combinaiton mode i can hear sound from same note.

Sounds like you are turning on the RPPR when loading you templete or when selecting your drum kit. If you are not using the RPPR don't check that box.
