Double footswitch for Triton LE

Post by cm-fan »

I'm considering buying a Boss FS-6 for my LE. The guy in the music store said he wasn't sure if it could be used, cause the footswitch input on the synth needed to support stereo jack.

So is this possible? I want to be able to switch prog/combi both up and down.

not possible with that pedal... only pedal you could do this with is a midi pedal that can send up and down messages...

Thanks for the answer. So then I should buy the Boss FS-5L latch pedal and program it to "program up" if I'm okey with switching in just one direction? Or am I totally wrong? Want to be able to go trough the combis after each other for live performances...

Buy a standard keyboard footswitch and set it to go to the next combi in your TR's global settings. Don't mess around with MIDI for this; it's not necessary, and it uses your MIDI In port, preventing you from connecting another keyboard to your TR in the future without using more gear.
