MicroX & FL Studio issue...

Post by packogualandris »

Hello dear Korgforums.com moderators and members :-)

I am very new to this forum, used the search function but didn't find any solution to my problem.

I use the Korg MicroX (VST Plugin-Editor, via USB) with FL Studio 9 XXL. The problem is, when i use the "Value Dial", it doesn't only change the sound but also the channel in FL Studio, which is quite annoying.
Is there a possibility to change that, any ideas?

Thank you in advance :-)

:? Hmmm. I'll have a look into that.

 Maybe the solution to this problem can be found in one of the templates for external control of other MIDI-devices and VST-plugins. You may find these templates in the global settings.

I use FL-Studio as well as the Micro X and Legacy VSt-plugins but i haven't used the VST-version of the Micro X just yet.

 Do let us know if you've already found the solution.

Cheers!
Current: Korg Micro-X, KLC-1, KL-DE, Korg Nanokontrol 1, Novation Launchpad I, Roland U-220, Roland U-20, Korg Monotron Duo, Korg Monotron Delay and Korg Taktile49.

Past: Kaoss Pad 3, Roland SH-101, Korg X5, MS-20 usb-controller, Korg Electribe EA-1, Casio HT-700

The best is yet to come.

Hi everyone,

I'm new in here too - I'm happy owner of R3 and in last few weeks MicroX.

I'm posting that from work, so I can't give you step by step answer, however:
Go to Global, bring menu (Menu/Ok) and choose MIDI settings.
You need to untick Program Change thing so it want transmit program change midi communicate to anything.

I hope is thats the one you lookin for.
