major editor librarian issue with windows 7

I have a problem with the editor librarian :
I can't manage to "transmit" data normaly.
most of times it doesnt work, sometimes it says "scene change failed", "write failed", "device is not connected", and in very rare cases it works (not enough to be considered ok). the problem is that I have to change my scene set during my live set. and I have a gig tomorrow.

(I tryed every possible midi combination)

I have windows 7 and I have installed the 1.12 drivers.

I had exactly the same problem with the same padkontrol and another computer running windows vista.

I never had any problem with windows XP (used it on 3 different computers with XP).

I tested it with the XP mode with windows 7. it's not stable either.

I searched a bit on internet and didnt find any answer.

I hope there is answer for my problem it's an emergency (playin tomorrow)

btw I don't have the midi ports as decribed (such as "padKONTROL 1 PORT A")
