hmmm, well liveprofessor is sending the clock, not each maschine.
And the problem is not that the lfo rate gets faster, it gets slower

No, based on what I can see of LiveProfessor, it's not a sequencer. It appears to be routing the midi messages of Maschine. See what happens when you load LiveProfessor without loading any instances of Maschine in it to see if the Radias acts differently.

Regarding the LFO speed, so set it to 1/32 when you want 1/16. At this point, I don't see any problem that's related to the Radias, other than that happens to be the synth you chose to use with a rather convoluted midi controller setup, so LiveProfessor and Maschine tech support and forums is where you should look for answers, regardless.

I'm thinking of routing the midi outs from maschine to an internal
"Midi-Server" which should convert this to one midisignal
Any Idea?

Maybe there's some way to only route the midi from one instance of Maschine instead of both? Since LiveProfessor appears to be a Beta version, you might ask the developers your question to see if they have an answer for you. They might be willing to add a feature to their software to handle the problem you describe, although that probably won't help you by Friday.
