I am using it to control other modules, like the virus A.
The problem I am having is that when i hit stop on the sequencer, it sends some kind of reset and turns the sound on my virus preset off.
I turned off program change, and many others in the filter section, but it still sends something to my virus when i stop the sequence that makes it so i have to change the patch then change it back to hear sound again on the virus.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Is there some kind of reset happening when the trinity sequencer stops? Is there a way to turn this off?

(This is a bit of a late reply - but I've only just encountered this problem myself).
If you power up the trinity - go to the sequencer page then press start - when the sequencer stops, the Trinity transmits the following on MIDI channels 1-16 :-
Control no. 32 value = 0 (Bank change LSB)
Control no. 0 value = 0 (Bank change MSB)
Program change 0
Control no. 7 value = 127 (Volume)
Control no. 10 value = 64 (Pan)
Control no. 91 value = 0 (Send 2)
Control no. 93 value = 0 (Send 1)
(I used MIDIOX to observe these values).
I can't really think why the Trinity does this.
It can be turned off for a channel by setting
that channel to INT (internal play only - sequencer P2) -
but this prevents the transmission of ALL MIDI
events on that channel - defeating the object of
using the trinity as a controlling keyboard.
Are you filtering out all of these messages at the Virus end?

turrning things off
what i had to do, my effects on my modules were turning off every time i reset the song, was go into one of the pages where you see the sends. P2 or something. increase all their values past 127 or just enter 128 to PGM. do that to every channel then save that as a template. orr if you set the values like the other poster said, save it as a template for everything you do. i think you'll be ok. for me it was the sends being at anything other than PGM. of course you can alter as needed. i could be wrong.
