i'm fine. Santiago is more or less ok. The south is in big trouble, no water, no electricity, no phone. Yesterday start to arrive food to the zone of the epicenter and of the tsunami.

The earth is movin all day long.

Saludos.

Hi
I'm fine in Concepción.
Just today we've electricity on my neighborhood and phone, also internet, water tomorrow maybe.

I live in a small city called Chiguayante, like a "dorm town" of Concepción. My family and my house are OK. Most of the houses are fine looking from the outside but some have great structural damage in the inside.

Concepcion is like a war zone with buildings destroyed everywere also some roads. But Talcahuano (a city port) is worst with ships and containers across the city, and the sea is returning the corpses of the Tsunami. Smalls cities and old cities with "adobe" constructions are the most affected. I'm working at the Hospital and is a total caos.

But the worst is the lack of security. All the neighborhoods are closing their streets to avoid the looting, in all the cities, we're making shifts to take care on the night only allowing the passage to military and cops. Just imagine a George A. Romero's movie with armed citizens and cars ready to run over the looters.

Well if someone want to know something about someone on Concepcion just send me a message and I can ask on the Hospital.

Regards
Alvaro.
Nice things to do before asking:
Read the manual, search on the Forum and internet and try by yourself.
You will learn a lot more and faster.
