OK.. let's start.djkal wrote:i know i read the manual but it s not user friendly i just want to layer 2 sounds if anyone can help me a bit i would appreciate , i think i have to be in combi mode for this, and after that do i have to be in 3.1 or 1.1 and what sounds i have access to make layer i mean all the prog sounds and gm?
-First step: Chose the 2 sounds you want to layer (i mean, the 2 programs!) and write te bank position on a piece of paper (for example you want to layer Prog A105 with prog C035, so you need to write A105, and C035 on your sheet... of just remind them

-Second Step: GO in combi mode, and select Combi C127, on factory presets it sould be an Initial Combination, so you can do what you wanto on it.
-Third step:let's set your program on the combi! press the menu button and go on the second column... open it and chose on the first and the second program slot, your program (you need to insert the Bank address, or chose it from the list.)
-4th step: Now press menu, and enter the first option on the third column... you need to set there INT on the first two Program slots (if you have done right the previous point, you suppose to see your program name on the bottom of the screen while you are on it with the cursor.)
-5th step: after this you sould try to sound on your Keyboard.. the sounds sould have your sounds layered together! if you need to split them up, you need to go on menu, then keys, then chose the start note and the finish note for each program, so you can split them as you want.
-6th step: Now you can go on menu, and set your favourite Mfx and Ifx, so you can personalize your own combi.
Hope it was helpfull!!
