I have a Ensoniq EPS that has a great dirty sax sound I use a lot.
I assume sampling would be the best thing. Now that I have a TR, can someone explain to me how to maybe sample this sound and get it to work on the TR. This keyboard is new to me so I am not that familiar with sampling yet.
Thanks
How do I transfer a sound from another keyboard

Hi richierich:
I've readed all your post and normally I try to reply every question when I know the answer, but please... almost all your questions (if not all) can be responded only reading a couple of pages on the manual, or just playing the sounds on your TR and tweaking it.
Man, you know that you are playing a Pro Instrument like your old Ensoniq, nobody born knowing, you have to learn and put some time on it.
In almost all forums the answer to your posts would be a RTM or worse.
It's very dissapointing to read that someone can buy a instrument without knowing its capabilities, or worse, without desire to learn how to use it or to test the sounds on it and then waiting for the people that have "wasted" their time, learning and playing arround with their synth, to tell you how to do it and even, what program to use.
If you help yourself, we can help you.
Regards.
Alvaro.

Nice things to do before asking:
Read the manual, search on the Forum and internet and try by yourself.
You will learn a lot more and faster.

Also, please search the forum. Most, if not all, of the questions you've asked in the last day or two are things that are already answered here.

Gee Guys, sorry to bother you.
This keyboard was purchased as a quick replacement for the Ensoniq and needs to be out playing live now. I have read the manual and did plenty of research as to what it can and cannot do before I bought it. Unfortunately time is short and since I still had a few things I needed before gigging with it, I thought I would ask the forum people to help me out. I do plan on spending a lot of time messing with this keyboard but with a job close, I needed help with a few things.
Again, sorry to bother everyone.
