Having propblem in site's register/ login page??

Hello

I am learning different web techniques including web development and web designing. I have recently made a site using python. But I am facing a problem in register/Login page.. Eventhough a user get registered and login the home page shows login mode rather than logout. I don't understand what can be the problem??

Any help on it would be appreciable.
