Programing the the M3 and Radias R to work together

Post by redwinterwolf »

Iv been hunting on the web for a guide, or help and the most i'v scene is some vague post's about midi setup. Is there anyone or any article, that gives step by step instructions to this? Keep in mind I'm on an M3 88 with the radias R installed on the rack.

Thanks in advance.

I have the M3-73 setup with the Radias-R in the rack. Other than looks they only "integrate" through MIDI. Meaning this is no different than two separate MIDI devices that you hook up via MIDI. It would have been much cooler if Korg had engineered it so you could control the Radias-R via the M3 touchscreen, but no. I will say, though, Korg has made some great software for the puter to control the M3 and Radias-R. So I forgive them and I am sure Korg is relieved that I do. (smirk)

yup. there is ZERO integration. The only thing is they both sit on the same keybed nicely.

so much potential... fell so short.
