Occasionally, in the middle of a gig, my volume goes to barely audible(not totally out). I have tested the cords, amp, direct box, etc. and it seems to be my keyboard. Most of the time if I turn the keyboard off and back on, it comes back. Sometimes, I need to turn it off and on a few times to get it back.
Any ideas?

Korg X50 sudden loss in volume
I have my Korg X50 connected to my Computer via USB. When I play the X50 via piano roll notes MIDI outted from my DAW, the Korg X50 volume drops in volume after I press stop on my DAW transport.
I know this because when I replay the the X50 patch/program, there is a volume drop. However, the volume is suddenly recovered when switching to another patch/program in the X50, or just redialing the same program.
This is very frustrating as I may have tweaked the sound before stopping. So when I am ready to record, or simply reaudition, the patch has lost volume.
Any knowledge on this issue will be deeply appreciated.
thank you

POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
Not sure if this is applicable. But, I think there is a problem with where some of the the keys are activating individual notes. I also lose volume suddenly. I feel sure is happens upon pressing certain keys. Is ther a way to open and clean the keys?
