Hello everybody,
I have a friend who sometimes wants to play keyboard for me using my Pa800, the thing is he plays with with left hand .
Can anybody tell me how I Can change the setup of my keyboard for him?
I mean melody on the left and chord on the right.

Hmm, dont think you can do that..however, you could try using full keyboard (turn off SPLIT) and also in arranger mode, go to the Split tab on the screen and disable BASS INVERSION and try different chord recogn. settings. I think that's about all you could do.
Alternatively, you can hook up a midi controller to the PA through midi, then go to GLOBAL - MIDI - MIDI IN CONTROL. There you can set up a channel to receive chord messages, meaning whatever notes are received through that channel will be recognized as chords for the arranger. Then your friend can use the controller to play the chords and the PA for the melody.
Hope this helps.

A friend of mine that we actually grew up together (now he lives in Italy) plays
synths a little, nothing special. One night we went on WebCam and he said i'll
play for you a little...and after few seconds i asked him: Is your WebCam on
Miror option? He said no, i was like: What the hell man, i see your left hand
Soloing...he was like: YEAH! Smokez!!! He told me that it can be done on the
synth it self but at the time i didnt ask him how. Now, there is a catch to it.
You cannot just transfer left to right and right to left...He doesnt play with his
Left hand the Notes the way they are now Lowest to Highest going to the right.
It has to be the opposite, Highest to the Lowest going right, if you understand me.
If he uses his Left hand to play in Solo Mode the way the synth is now he wont
be able to do it, its not ONLY about bringing the ACC to the Right side and also
the Solo to the left, the Scaling itself has to be turned the other way around.

AFAIK even left handed piano players usually play a piano the same way.
In playing full keyboard and piano music there is usually almost equal importance to both hands anyway.
Some people have tried reversing the keyboard and it can yield results but it can also be quite complicated and its something professional player probably wouldn't do.
